1. EMPATHY: A good leader must show a that he or she has empathy for his or her followers , and this can be shown true his attitude towards the welfare and well being of the followers.
2. INTEGRITY: A personality who doesnt have integrity is not worthy to be selected as a leader and thus does not qualify to be voted for. Integrity in terms of responsibilities and handling of public funds is highly essential as for the fact that it will affect the followers directly.
3. INFLUENCE : A good leader must exhibit the ability to influence his or her followers positively and thus their legacies will worth emulating.
4. COMMUNICATION: A good leader must have good communication skills thereby making him or her to know the right tone or style of language to use to address his or her followers at all times as per situation demands.
